Vacuum system
1. The machine adopts a high-density silicone sealing strip to make the machine have good sealing performance;
2. At the same time, a Panasonic digital display vacuum gauge is used to display the instant relative vacuum degree in the chamber (as shown in the figure);
3. Vacuum pressure-keeping timing: if the pressure-keeping timing control is needed after the vacuum is reached, just turn on the timer, and the alarm will prompt when the time is up, and it will be turned off if not needed;
4. The vacuum control mode: automatic control, which automatically stops when the vacuum reaches the set vacuum degree and automatically starts when the vacuum is lower than the lower limit so that it can work in a cycle to achieve the required vacuum;
5. Pressure relief method: manually decompress after the test or when taking the product;
6. Machine vacuum degree range: 0 to -98.0KPa; different regions show different vacuum degrees;
7. Pressure display mode: It is a relative display. If the vacuum is 11.6KPa, the standard air pressure is 101.3KPa-11.6KPa=89.1KPa, the vacuum gauge is set to -89.7KPa and the set data is drawn pressure, other parameters are calculated and set by the same;
8. Leakage rate of vacuum holding pressure: 0.8KPa/hour;
