The ozone chamber is the main factor behind the cracks in rubber material, even if it is rare in the atmosphere. This machine simulates and strengthens the ozone condition. It can study the effect of it on rubber and find solutions to improve product life.

Ozone Chamber Features

  1. External chamber: Arc design, electrostatically sprayed coat.

  2. Inner chamber: SUS#304 stainless plate, anti-corrosion, and water resistance.

  3. The door has a transparent window (220*320mm) for observation (lighting inside). It has the advantages of transparency, heat insulation, and explosion-proof.

  4. The air duct of the windway is in the same direction as the specimen growth. A high-tensile silicone seal is used between the test door and body to ensure the test area is closed.

  5. Cooling system: Installed at the bottom. The Tecumseh compressor is originally from France.

  6. High-quality fixed wheels in the bottom, easy to move.

  7. Heating system: completely independent, nickel-chromium alloy electric heater.

  8. Heater control way: contact cycle pulse width modulated, SSR(solid state relays)

  9. Output power calculus by microcomputer to control a smooth, reliable.
