Test principle of Refrigerator Door Opening and Closing Testing Machine
The mechanical arm is driven by the motor/cylinder to drive the door or cover (drawer) caught by the vacuum sucker to open and close at a certain speed, so as to verify the reliability of the interlock device. The force sensor can be installed on the optional mechanical arm to form a closed-loop control with the servo motor, which can accurately control and measure the opening force value.

Test steps
1. Open the test arm and install the suction cups.
2. Set the original Angle of the test arm.
3. Set the test parameters, open Angle, test maximum force value, open speed, etc.
4. Start testing.
5. The test is complete.
Maintenance
1. Pay attention to each key. Please gently press and release.
2. When the machine is working, the power should be grounded with three plugs and the power should be cut off when it is not working.
3. The machine should be placed in the laboratory, and the ground should be kept dry and smooth.
