EV203 High Frequency Vibration Machine

The vibration controller uses an advanced distributed structure system. The closed-loop control is realized by the DSP processor. The PC is independent of the control loop. It ensures the control system is in real-time and has high efficiency. It can respond to any change in the test system quickly and in time and ensure the stability and high precision of the control. The hardware uses a 32-bit floating point DSP processor with a main frequency of up to 300MHz and a 24-bit resolution ADC/DAC. With the high-precision floating point digital filter and the low noise design technology of the hardware circuit, the controller’s random control dynamic range is greater than 90dB, and the signal-to-noise ratio is greater than 100 dB.
