tensile testing machine description
Tensile Testing Machine consists of mechanical and electrical parts.
Mechanical part:
- The machine adopts electric loading. The right end is the electric loading and measuring part, including the motor driver, reduction mechanism, servo motor, force sensor, ball screw, tensile fixture, and other parts; the left end is the manual adjustment space part, which consists of a moving beam, a welding frame, and a fixture body.
Electrical part:
- The electrical part consists of a display measurement control part. The display measurement control part can realize multiple functions, such as control, data acquisition, display, and processing. The main controller can select the test speed according to different test requirements. After adjusting the sample, press the start button, and the system will automatically start the test. In addition, it will automatically determine the shutdown process according to the corresponding test conditions and display the corresponding test results.
